The Support Center is available to customers within the 90-day warranty period, and to our customers with Extended Service Agreements.

extended service agreements (ESA)
An Extended Service Agreement (ESA) provides you with a full year of warranty. It's a great way to protect your investment and can be renewed each year. ESA customers are also given login and password access to our extensive online Support Center.
