Qqest Boosts Support for Enterprise Customers
New Personnel, Product Capabilities Target Specific Needs of Larger Businesses
Current TimeForce Customers Hail Company's Products and Services
Qqest announced today that it
has increased its capacity to support the time and attendance and scheduling
needs of the mid and large business customer. The company has hired new account
managers with deep experience in the enterprise market with additional office
locations in Eastern, Southern, Midwest and Pacific regions, and will continue
to expand in other key markets.
Qqest also recently announced a strategic partnership with
Atlas Business Solutions, a leading provider of scheduling software, which will
address the full range of complex scheduling needs many enterprise
organizations have.
&ldquot;Over the years, we have served enterprise customers well
with our TimeForce time and attendance product,&rdquot; said Johann Smit, director of Qqest's
Enterprise Division. &ldquot;With this initiative, we are taking the expertise gained
over that time, and raising our ability to satisfy their time and attendance
and scheduling needs even further. Between the new technology and the new
people, Qqest is positioned to experience tremendous growth in this sector.&rdquot;
Qqest already serves hundreds of enterprise customers with
500 to 15,000 employees in a variety of industries.
Alta California Regional Center is part of a network
of 21 regional centers in California that serve 17,000 people with development
disabilities and their families in a 10 county area each year. As a non-profit
health care organization, Alta Regional needed a time and attendance system
that was both cost-effective and could accommodate the organization's complex
scheduling needs. &ldquot;I'm glad we chose TimeForce, and I'd definitely recommend it
to others,&rdquot; said Peter Tiedemann, Alta Regional's chief operating officer.
Peoria County in Illinois provides a range of
services to its almost 185,000 residents—from health, aging and family
mediation services, to libraries, courts and clinics. Employees are spread over
31 departments, 10 locations, and 17 different pay groups, which require a
larger number of codes to track. According to Business Operations Manager Tom
Seckler, &ldquot;TimeForce is a fantastic system—exactly what we needed.&rdquot;
Tri-B Nursery spans 450 acres of perennials, trees and shrubs in
Oklahoma. On any given day, the company's employees may work in multiple areas
across the nursery, starting their shift in one location and finishing in
another. &ldquot;After using TimeForce for just one year, we saw over $300,000 in
savings,&rdquot; said Chief Financial Officer Dave Watt. &ldquot;TimeForce has been able to
adapt to our unique challenges, while at the same time, giving us a level of
control over payroll we hadn't been able to achieve before. It's the best
solution for the way we work.&rdquot;
&ldquot;This is an exciting time for Qqest,&rdquot; continued Smit. &ldquot;We look forward to
continuing to build our team, and helping even more companies realize the
tremendous benefits of automating their key business processes.&rdquot;
