Add-ons

Self-Service

With the TimeForce time and attendance software Self-Service option, employees can handle their own HR-related administrative tasks from work, home, or on the road. There is no need for physical time clock checks. This allows the HR, payroll, and benefits staff to focus on more strategic duties. Employees can have limited and controlled access to a significant amount of time and attendance information, such as accruals, time entries, shift/schedule, and demographic information—all in one place. In addition, you can grant your employees the ability to clock in and out via the Self-Service feature, submit leave requests to supervisors and receive supervisor’s response, and/or submit updates to their personal information. You can also use the Verification Option so that supervisors are required to log into TimeForce and verify that the hours and earnings totals for their subordinates are correct prior to your payroll department processing payroll. This can dramatically cut down on your payroll administrator’s time to produce payroll. No more last minute error correction or tracking down individual employees when utilizing our time and attendance software.

Job Costing Module

By adding the Job Costing module to TimeForce, you will immediately be able to identify labor costs attributed to projects by employee, department, quantities produced, and task-type. You will no longer have to get your employees to recall how many hours they worked on a project, manage a bulky time clock, or have your accounting staff try to track down receipts and invoices. From simple job tracking situations to extremely complex requirements (multiple jobs, tasks, schedules, departments, accounts, unit analysis), the TimeForce time and attendance software Job Costing module provides an affordable way to maximize your labor resources. See a clear picture of actual vs. projected time, actual vs. projected cost, and more. Gain the information and ability to truly understand productivity and profitability on a project-by-project basis, and use that knowledge to directly affect your bottom line. With the Job Costing module, employees simply record job in/out entries via the clock keypad or optional bar code wand/gun. A task database is created and multiple tasks assign to a job quickly, eliminating the need for repetitive data entry. Requires ETC200, IQ500, IQ600, IQ1000, Pocket ETC, NetClock or Self-Service.

hr & benefits management module

Adding the Human Resources & Benefits Management module to your time and attendance software handles all aspects of your human resource function while streamlining departmental and organizational processes. It keeps you informed with daily reminders and graphical calendars. Use the daily reminder to record upcoming due dates and see at-a-glance scheduled events such as performance reviews, follow-ups, and incident follow-ups. Its powerful record-keeping, monitoring and reporting capabilities will save you time, while reducing your exposure to employment related lawsuits by ensuring you have proper documentation. In addition, TimeForce reduces the potential for employee grievances by assuring fairness across your workforce. With the Human Resources & Benefits Management module you can identify trends early and make adjustments as needed. Track and report on: Job or position assignment; benefits enrollment/tracking; dependents; training and development; licenses and certifications; skills; emergency medical contacts; employee history; performance/salary review; incident reporting; and, assigned property.
