We back our TimeForce time and attendance self-install system with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Qqest Software will gladly refund you the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. All fees for services rendered, including training (on site and online), customization, and any implementation services are not refundable. Qqest must receive all hardware (time clocks, cabling, cards, card holders, etc.) and software media as part of the return.

If we cannot solve your problem, we will be happy to refund your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping the product back to Qqest. This RMA number can be obtained through our Customer Service Department, 1.800.733.8839, who will also provide instructions for the return shipment to Qqest. RMA's are valid for 10 days only.

After thirty (30) days from the date of sale, all sales are final. Product reorders and hosted solutions are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Any Qqest-client specific contracts supercede this agreement. Refund policy is valid only for products purchased directly from Qqest Software Systems, Inc. and does not apply to products purchased through third parties.
